Expected Civil Servant Salary Increase Rate and Pay Scale for 2025

Introduction


The negotiation between the government and the Civil Service Remuneration Committee regarding the salary increase rate for civil servants in 2025 is currently underway. The proposed rates from both sides are as follows:

  • Government Proposal: 3.2% increase for grade 6 and below, 2.4% increase for grade 5 and above
  • Civil Service Remuneration Committee Proposal: 4.8% increase for grade 6 and below, 3.1% increase for grade 5 and above

Following the final negotiations, the 7th meeting resulted in an agreement on a 2.5% increase for grade 5 and above, and a 3.3% increase for grade 6 and below. This recommendation will be submitted to the Ministry of Personnel Management.
